Country2Country expands / Country On The Clyde returns
More names have been added to the Country2Country festival in Glasgow's Hydro Arena next spring. There was some disappointment that Midland were dropped from the initial line up, whilst on the London & Dublin bills. Now it has been that Midland will play Glasgow on the Friday night, on the same bill as Emmylou Harris, Margo Price and Little Big Town. In addition, Brett Young, who was support act on the recent Lady Antebellum tour, has been added to the Glasgow & Dublin main stage line up's, as has previous c2c visitors Sugarland.
Glasgow is also getting the addition of Spotlight stages outside of the main arena this year, with Morgan Evans & Lukas Nelson (Willie's son) the first names to be announced.
Meanwhile, the daytime Country On The Clyde will return to The Ferry on c2c weekend March 10/11 2018, from 12 Noon-4pm both days, featuring UK and US acts, like Gary Quinn, Jade Helliwell, Jenn Bostic, Ashton Lane, Kenny Foster and Simon James. Tickets on sale now.
